★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They manage a house next door to me and they do not do a good job. The previous tenants hurt themselves on the deck that needs replacing (falling apart) and should be ashamed at the condition of which they try to rent. People deserve a safe and structurally sound house to rent. It is not the case here! Shall I say it? BEWARE! SLUM LORDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting a friend and heard three of the Oz Properties employees bashing on one of the tenants in one of the neighboring units, mentioning ones weight and the fact that they had acquired bedbugs, while bedbugs are gross, yes. They take no time at all to make colonies once they're accidentally brought into a household, there was no reason to bash a person, the one employee said they're trying to clean their place to get them gone and do treatments.
On top of that, they mentioned moving in a visually impaired woman above the unit with bedbugs and made jokes about "maybe she won't notice the bugs since she can't see" while laughing the entire time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, had a great time viewing the property i was showed after my application was accepted and willing to pay depost on the spot. was told the house was mine for the taking and they would tell other tenants so, upon calling the office i was told i was 1 of 10 accepted applicants and i would be told if i was picked or not after a day i was told the house was given to a better suited tenant. I think this is totally uncalled for as this would of been first ever house i was very excited in the enitre process. Thanks for the great opportunity ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved into our 1st place with Oz and we are thrilled with the professionalism and care we are receiving! Every time I call the office I am treated with kindness and not as an inconvenience, and placing a work order was super fast and easy. Kevin with maintenance was AMAZING - gave me ample notice and was super professional while in my suite! Great conversationalist too, and assured me never to hesitate to call if anything needs fixing or we need assistance. We definitely can see ourselves staying with this company for a long time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! I am moving to the city and asked to make arrangements to see a property after passing a rigorous back ground check and grueling personal information questions. Only to be informed that the only time they (and a few other property management companies in Regina) will show the property is from 8-4 weekdays. I am sure my new employer will be happy to accommodate a request to leave work early in my 1st week there. I do not live in the city I am 2 hours away so this is proving problematic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved into my first place with Oz and am blown away with how awesome they are. They've been on top of everything, they've been kind, professional, and thorough. ☺️ Excited to see how they continue to be!
It's been 5 months and I'm still blown away by the professionalism and dedication to their renters. If anything goes wrong they're immediately on it and strive to make sure that you have a good experience. Will be renewing with them. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far one of the worst property management place. Telling me it's normal for all our windows to freeze shut and have at least 2 inches of snow half way up to entire window and for my only door to freeze shut as well and that the ice build up between the frame and door is also normal yet I could see out side through the ice and frame. Maintenance cake to "inspect " and I was told every unit within this lot of property all need brand new windows . SLUM LORDS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This honestly felt sketchy. They wanted all my ID and information before they would show the place. Then it took them over a week to contact me to view the one property. They would not let my spouse come look with me because he refused to give out his ID before viewing the property. I would recommend Cressman or Avenue Living both have been amazing and they show you allot of places in one day without producing any ID or information until you decide if you want the place. Allot less sketchy. Rental applications hit your credit so a person needs to be careful how many applications they fill out because each application hits your credit and drops the credit score so buyers beware.
