R	R F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going there for bloodwork a few times/year for over 6 years. Always respectful, professional (and clean) staff. I'm able to go early, so able to avoid longer wait times. 5 stars.
C	Chelsey McBride on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to go if you're going for acne , just go into a walk in clinic and you'll get more help. Although majority of the staff was super friendly , I Have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor like the one I dealt with at this clinic. Since moving to Ottawa for school , I was looking for a dermatologist who could help me with my skin due to the fact I cant always just go home to see my family doctor who is 4 hours away .My doctor was helping me find a dermatologist that could help me with my acne, got in contact with them and I had to wait over 4 months to come to the park dale clinic. .Although I had been on accutane many times throughout my life ,and me and my family doctor both agree that its not for me , she basically said accutane or nothing because thats what she liked to prescribe over the many other options available to treat acne (let alone less harmful) . Wouldn't prescribe me birth control,or even recommend topical creams, and told me to go to my family doctor or get a new one and come back and see her if I wanted to be on accutane . (which was rude) Not only that I was on a huge waiting list , and waited over 4 months to come to this clinic.Ive never so stunned over the outcome of my experience .I have Had amazing experience with dermatologist outside of Ottawa, and this was by far the worst . If I wasn't living in Ottawa for school , I would Gladly see my family doctor or any doctor who has the time to listen and not push one drug on you because she likes it . I have had much better help from the acne specialist from apple tree clinical they clearly know what they are doing or in fact probably any other dermatologist in Ottawa .
J	Jed Narraway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up at 930 fasting because I had a 1030 procedure in civic. Got checked in by around 10:10. At 1030 the number before me walked out so I approached to speed things up so they told me to go sit down. 10:32 another client came out. Now there was no one getting served. 10:38 had to take my blood requesition back and go to procedure. Probably gonna sit in that waiting room for an hour. ?

Staff was really friendly but they get you to take a number, wait to be called, THEN get your info, and tell you to sit down again until someone else comes and calls your number the second time. Lol. Lady who took my blood was friendly but only wore one glove and the hand that didn't have the glove had visible dirt underneath her fingernails. Ew. She also had a very hard time finding a vein. Did a seesaw in my arm before she gave up and I told her just to take it from my hand. So I look like a pincushion now. Lol. In her defence, I hadn't had much to eat or drink yet... but still. Lol.
E	Elo R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could say something nice about this place. Unfortunately, every time I’ve been in, the ER doctors FORGOT I WAS THERE. They literally lost my file. And I ended up waiting 10+ hours, just to be told “Sorry, forgot you were here”. Not only that, the doctors don’t care enough to do further tests to see what’s wrong with you. Almost every time I’ve been in, I’ve been told I’m “exaggerating” or “it’s stress”, or that they “just can’t find anything” but when I got help later on I was diagnosed with severe migraines, and I had been having an asthma attack another time. Frankly, it’s just embarrassing. As someone in pre-med, this is something I will strive to be the opposite of.
A	Alyssa Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously so disappointed in this clinic. They missed my number and tried to play it off like it was my fault. My number was called and when I went up, I was told it was not my turn. I pointed out how my number is on the screen and she said my number. She barely looked at me and said no go sit down. I did. 15 minutes go by, and people are coming and going. I get up again and ask if I'm still on the list since she past my number. She said someone else would call me. At this point, no check in, they have zero info on me so how did they know someone would call me?? I sat down again. 20 mins go by. I decide to take a new number since the waiting room is empty and everyone has past me. My new number is called and I go up and begin to explain what happened. A new person is at the desk so she didn't know what was going on. The other lady who barely looked at me and told me twice to sit down now tries to say how she went past my number so why didn't I say anything? I said yeah you did and told me to sit down, and I spoke to you twice. She looks completely confused but both of them ultimately apologize. The newer lady said I was so patient and can't believe I didn't complain. I did. Twice. And was ignored. An apology doesn't work if you try to shame me as if I could have done something different. Your welcome for not yelling and throwing a fit. Maybe pay attention to the people in front of you and actually listen to what they have to say. We all have bad days, but don't try to weasel your way out of a problem you created. I won't be returning to this clinic and will inform others not to. Wish I could rate zero stars .

D	Dean Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn’t looking forward to having my chest cut open but the experience was much better than I had imagined. From walking in the door to Jackie, a very charming receptionist to a very meticulous surgery by Doctor Marcus’s Tan under the supervision of Doctor Reetash Bose. The professionalism and keeping me on board with the step by step made me relax trusting I was in very good hands.
