Ottawa Duct Cleaning showed up on time and went straight to work. The two employees who came by were friendly, hard working and happy to answer our questions as they worked. They showed us images they took before and after the job and explained what they had done once the job was complete. I would highly recommend Ottawa Duct Cleaning for all your duct cleaning needs.
m	mo hangs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did a good job cleaning the ducts but the holes that they drilled in the ducts were NOT sealed off after - I had to discover the holes left behind later on (affecting air flow). On top of that, all the debris/metal was left all over my floor from where they drilled and I hurt myself stepping on the pieces (liability). The staff (two young guys) definitely had the time to clean any debris, as they were on their phones while the cleaning machine was running. Overall, they do the job but it's quite unprofessional. I imagine most companies can do the job just as well, so I would look elsewhere for a more professional service.

They used some matts to protect wall corners from being damaged by the big pipes - believe it or not, the carpet guys from homedepot didn't have those protection and made a mess with my recently painted walls. Overall, they are professional and I would use them again.

When I needed the service I looked for a company with good credentials. Ottawa Duct Cleaning came well endorsed by BBB and others. Now they have my endorsement as well. The CSR was very helpful in assigning an appointment that was convenient, the service team arrived on time and did a thorough job. They explained each and every step they took and were careful, friendly and respectful. They were especially careful around my pet cockatiel. They cleaned up afterwards and offered to help put furniture and such back, even though I didn’t need it. Great price. The workers were very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and offered helpful tips and information. I’d recommend Ottawa Duct Cleaning to anyone needing the service.

They were on time for the morning slot I chose (even came early!) which was great as I work from home but have meetings most mornings. They were super nice to the dogs, and so efficient.
