My first delivery was on schedule and the second one was delivered even sooner than promised. Some complaints in other reviews are simply those people who can't understand the differences between how things operate now and how they used to operate before the world went to hell. Those are whiners who can't deal with mistakes or failed promises, they want "everything now" because were not taught in their infancy how to manage their frustrations (the lady who says she doesn't care the worker didn't have time to have lunch and if he is there he has to work confirms my point. She was annoyed because she probably doesn't have to work while she eats, must have someone paying her bills...) They are those who are allergic to peanuts, bees, dog hair, dust and air; they can't afford open a window on the bus because they are wimps and that could kill them. They can't stand someone who doesn't say "Hello, how are you today?" or "sorry!" every two seconds, because that's too rude for them. To all of you who are too full of that sh*t, do everyone else a favor and stay home without starting any project - just wait until is safe again to go outside wihout risking having your feelings hurt. To everyone else: go and buy from these guys, they are AWESOME!
D	DAVID GEMMELL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrew needs an attitude adjustment, Roger and Tom need to learn how to call people back and check their email more than one a month. I have spent over 6 grand their, which my order didn't finish all the walls. So when I have tried repeated times to order the remainder of what I needed, I was told "their not really into small orders" Really? If you are not a contractor I WOULD NOT RECOMEND darkening the door step. Fyi, the other suppliers were way more accommodating and did not care how little your order is.

Andrew was thorough and was able to answer all of my questions and made sure to follow up with me re: my job to make sure all was going well. Top notch. Will be heading back in to see them next year when we do our front of house landscaping. I highly recommend them.

I explained my project and Tom walked me through, step by step, all the materials I will need. He even invited me to call, if I had any questions. Very kind, very professional.

Was given web sites to search other suppliers to find the product style. Then discovered the price doubled for the product I wanted. Forward to 21 May 21, I finally get my refund to start the process over again. Anyone know of a decent company selling concrete veneers? Watch out people. Do your research.

Although I am the man wearing white socks and shorts, I always believed that my talent for being stylish laid all in choosing stone. I was wrong....I ended up with Mike's choice and let me tell you, what a good call. Look at the pic! The king has his castle! Good work on service, delivery and expertise!

I brought back leftover material and got a credit back and a yard employee helped unload the bricks from my vehicle. Super service! Best price and very satisfied. Thanks OTTAWA BRICK AND STONE!
