★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for first time in brantford osmow's and tried chicken on the Rox they guys made it amazing. Specially staff was soo cool and helped me in figuring out menu. From now onwards this will be my go to out location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered today, the salad had an extreme amount of seasoning with massive chunks of vegetables, the “little spicy” was not advertised properly as it was more than that, extreme amount of sauce on everything, and not the friendliest customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a large chicken on the rock. The amount of chicken the guy put in it was so less. Its like I was given a medium chicken on the rocks with a lot of rice. Thats why I always prefer lazeez, atleast they don't use these cheap tricks of taking away the customers money without providing them good services. Unfortunately we don't have a lazeez in brantford, but regardless never coming back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service! Ordered a chicken shawarma poutine on Uber eats paid for extra garlic sauce. It came with garlic sauce but no gravy! I called the store and told them about the missing gravy. All they did was told me to leave a review and then hung up on me! Very poor customer service and I will not be back or recommending to anyone else!

Asked for no hot peppers or olives but still got them. Asked not to put the nasty forks in the bag because they are out on the counter for anyone to grab.... She laughed and threw them in the bag. The Shawarma meat was so greasy by the time I got the food back to my office, the grease disintegrated the pita bread. Disgusting!!
First and last time I will visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had a choice to rate, I would’ve give zero star. I called them, told them to prepare chicken shawarma platter and said I’ll be there at this specific time so that i won’t be late for work. I called them 30 minutes in advance so they had time to prepare yet my order wasn’t ready for pickup. Despite of what happened, the employee didn’t bother to say even sorry. Mind you this was during 10pm so clearly the business wasn’t as hectic and I was only customer there. I just find some people should not be in food industry if they’re gonna stay muted and do nothing. I expected a better customer service as being a loyal customer to osmows. Therefore, I suggest you not to order anything especially if you are planning to do large orders like party trays. You do not want your day to be ruined by these unfriendly employees. They’ll just say yes and do their own thing at the back room without the considering customer’s time. Apart from this, their menu are not updated meaning if a dish is $15, they’ll simply charge you $18 and saying they forget to update the menu. You have the right to the tell employee to override and alter the price for you because clearly the mistake on them. Not yours… They gotta step up their customer tactics game. It’s absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Overall, all I can say is think before you order something.
