Never mentioned it when I went to pick it up, I had to go back in and bring it up myself. He did ask how much it was and when I said $60 he gave me $6. Why in the world would I spend $20 to get a watch batter put into a $6 watch.
c	carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time going to get a ring repaired and was met with a very nice older gent. type. He immediately greeted us and got what we needed set up and ready. A very sweet and easy exchange made by a family run and operated store, he said his son does the repairs as well. I found the place right beside a larger, corporate store I thought to visit, turned out to be closed because of "medical" fixes or something. The door to the Oslund Jewelers store is small, almost hidden by the other stores, and is the second door on the right after a straight staircase. I recommend this man above any other.

Excellent job and very reasonably priced. This was the second experience with Oslunds ... the first was for fixing a watch. Very reliable service. Thanks Ralph.
T	Tina Lapusniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my wedding and engagement rings to be sized. I was very detailed in explaining that I wanted the beading and engraving on the band not disturbed. My wedding band had half the beading destroyed, the color of the gold was changed and there are new dents and cuts on the band. The engagement ring band is now so thin that it cannot be wore. No apology given, no money refunded. A costly lesson as it cost $300. Very disappointed in the condition of my treasured rings by this jeweler. Brought another ring in to have prongs replaced on center stone and it was returned with a diamond missing. Ralph Oslund was rude, argumentative, called my husband and I liars and refused to take any ownership of work done. When we asked on how to remedy this work, we were told by Ralph that we would have to sue him to see any resolution. When I spoke to his wife about the damage on rings, she replied that her son, Darren, jewelry repair person, was very ill and made mistakes. This is how we get treated by shopping local. We should be supporting each other. Will never give them my business nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

With something I value as much as my wedding ring I can't think of anyone better to maintain, or repair my rings in future. Well I am a dummy went swimming and lost my ring, as a result I had to get it remade. Ralph was attentive to detail when getting the design down.
