★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peace and tranquility at its max!! Did a 6 km walk and all the people we passed were so friendly and nice. Makes you feel this world is a great place. Well maintained. Clean. The walk is by a stream which is such a blessing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its beautiful down there. It gets kind of soggy when you get closer to the water and the trails down closer to the water are flooded a bit, but i can see that drying up. Even with the extra wetness its still really peaceful and a great way to listen and watch nature. Also I think the couple of photos i took have a great veiw of the water area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful trail alongside the Oshawa Creek shared by bikes and walkers. Nearly 7km total length from the Lakeside park to the Oshawa Gardens.
The salmon had started their run today and one guy got lucky. Catch and release of course.

Fiddle heads everywhere! Hint hint ...
Low maintenance area as it seems that man has done alot of littering in this area. Sad as it is so beautiful to visit. It is a busier part of the trial in my opinion.
When you are walking through this part you actually feel like you are in the woods with all the foliage that surrounds you. There are lots of great spots for picnics and reading by the water .. the bridge is beautiful for photo opts even to make those memories last.
I just like to remind people to be mindful of the area and try to do their part in keeping these areas clean for all of us to continue to enjoy.
There is free parking available at this location.
