If your looking to learn martial arts for a hobby, take your competition game to the next level, or wanting to learn about nutrition and fitness there is no better place! Janine and Igor are teachers who care! Janine has helped transform my life and not only with numerical changes (more muscle etc) but mentally, these are teachers who are always looking to push you to your next goal and are interested in your personal progression! Couldn’t pick a better team to have in the area!

Janine has been both a great coach and mentor! I highly recommend Oshawa Bjj and Fitness to both adults and children looking to learn how to be the best athletes they can be!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love coming to Oshawa BJJ do my HITT workouts. Janine and Igor are amazing and knowledgeable coaches. They make you feel welcomed and accepted for any fitness level. They help modify my workouts due to previous injuries to ensure I can complete the same circuit as everyone else without feeling out of place. Especially love how they cheer you on for that last rep ?️♀️ My mental health, energy, confidence and friendships have grown since coming here. Couldn’t imagine my life without them now ?

Jiu-jitsu is one the hardest sports/lifestyles in the world but with the Mocaibers in your corner it will feel like fun, progressive journey. Also on your first day remember to pace your self

Love the way they treat the kids and parents night or day difference no favorites it is great to see. He was nervous and they made him feel good about himself. He is loving it and happy to go to class once more. If you have children or for your self check it out great people.
