★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a wolf-cut style haircut and the hair stylist knew exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job recreating it. I’m extremely happy for my results and the customer service I received. If you go in for a cut, take in a reference picture and they will be able to do it for you!

CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 22$!!! Don’t come here!!! spoke on the phone 2x to schedule appt and was never told there would be an additional 10-15$ charge for “long hair”. Firstly 30 mins wait for anyone to even touch my hair, then left in deep conditioner for double the time, stuck in the sink because the person who was meant to cut my hair wasn’t done with other client. The entire experience was terrible, not necessarily the hair dresser but HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I was not able to enjoy having my hair cut and am very upset about it taking 2hrs to do a simple hair cut and wash. My appt was 4:00 august 26th/2021, I arrived 4:05, left at 6:00. Additionally, funny they took 2hrs, becuase if they had told me they were busy and we could reschedule I would have, but THEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT U CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE ONCE and I was not allowed. Ridiculous.

I rescheduled my first appointment ONCE, and it had to be the day off because I called all week and kept getting the voicemail. U are only allowed to schedule groupons mon-thurs between 9-5. I have no negativity towards your business because I’ve never been there before, this was my first impression and it was not a good one. Waiting is usually fine, but not being addressed or told what was going on when scheduled for an appointment is not. Also it is not the responsibility of the client to inform the hairstylist that they have think/long hair when coming in for a haircut. I would have been fine to reschedule for a new day if u had told me it was busy, but ur business was the one who said “I cant reschedule again” after the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get my hair done here today and Reji and Supreena did an incredible job! They were so friendly, and receptive to what I wanted and executed it expertly and beautifully, I love my new hair!
I purchased the balayage package from Groupon for $48 which includes 6 foils. They charge $7 per extra foil, and for my thickness of hair, I needed 10 extra foils. Great place, good prices, amazing staff!

I did my hair highlights (balayage) here, this was first time I tried something new on my hairs was so skeptical but I am glad I made right choice. Girls working here are skilled as well. My hairs turned out amazing. It's worth for money you pay. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved the service from the second I walked through the door. Rita was my hairstylist and she made me feel like a queen throughout the whole process. I usually don't know what to expect when I try out a new salon, specially those that I found on Groupon, but I was completely blown away by the quality of work and the price. My cut was exactly the length I wanted and the highlights turned out better than I had even imagined. I would recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my hair! The stylists were very nice and gave me what I had hoped, but I left the salon with a much lighter wallet. I had purchased a Groupon for a cut, full highlights and a blow-out. To achieve this look, i bought 10 more foils $100, olaplex conditioner $45 and a root fade $25. I’m glad I found this place, but had not budgeted this much for my hair. I would recommend doing a consultation with the stylist to get a quote and discuss the look you want to achieve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I visited Original Hair was in Nov/19. Suprema did amazing highlights and a great cut. So much fun cuz she took a video of the results and I moved my hair back and forth. She showed it to me in slow motion and it was awesome! "Just like on TV!!" :) Have been going back ever since. Always very happy with the service, the hairstyling, the products. Excellent salon and highly recommend it.
