I called 15 TIMES, E-MAILED, AND RANG the doorbell and noone came. finally at 11:40ish I left because I was fed up. I proceeded to get a call claiming the lady was "just two minutes late"... didn't apologize or anything. I explained how as a business you should be OPEN (it advertises its open at 11) BEFORE appointments as clients show up early to sign wavers and get situated. Beyond unprofessional... I have a flight in 12 hours and I made this appointment weeks ago specifically to be waxed before my flight. Do not buy this groupon.

I've always been anxious about seeing a hairstylist for many reasons, just like many people who fear the dentist. They either don't know how to treat my hair because it's too curly or they can't seem to find a colour that works and I end up having orange strands--a catastrophic failure! I'm also a very picky consumer, so I can be very particular with what I use on my hair. To my surprise I found my hairstylist and esthetician after receiving the best massage years ago at Riya's Spa. Sangita adds a magic touch to everything she does. She is thoughtful, easy to talk to about any concern and most importantly knowledgeable. My hair has never looked this great and it's thanks to her ability to give me a versatile cut and her vast knowledge about how to treat my hair type. Riya's Spa is a one stop shop, where you can receive a wide range of beauty services : hair cuts, facials, microdermabrasion, massages, laser treatments, you name it! I'm looking forward to getting a new hair cut soon. I can now admit I enjoy getting my hair done because I know I'm in the most capable hands. This spa is definitely a hidden gem in such a great location in Mississauga. Thank you Riya's Spa!

I would highly recommend doing full body laser treatments. After just my first session I started to see great results - the machines are top notch and she is very thorough. 10/10 would recommend laser.

She really helped me with my skin issues and will be completely honest with you if you should do a certain procedure or not. She is the only one that truly understands my skin and will recommend the right face soap and cream. She takes the time to talk to you and figures out the best solution to give you that radiant amazing skin, that we all want! Anytime, I travel I always go see her to get her facial and stock up on her homemade creams for my skin!

She also showed me different shades? to choose from before choosing one final nail paint?. She gave her best in terms of the services.The lady is really sweet and sincere. The rates are also very much budget friendly. ??? The only one thing is it was difficult to find the place once you are inside Dandas Street. It's actually backside and I couldn't guess where is it exactly located, l still could find the shop by calling her.
