★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place used to be a gem! But over the years it's become worse and worse. It's a mistake to consider ordering from Desi corner. Sad.
6pm on a Saturday and all they want to do is push their Biryani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we arrived, we waited for the lady to take our order. But she didn't say anything. I had to ask her whether I could order and even then she had trouble understanding me.
I ordered the Aloo and Channa Masala, and a side of rice. The two entrees were 4 dollars each, and the rice was 1 dollar (really nice portion size on the rice!).
I'd say this was a pretty fair price, but this is where it gets interesting. When I got my food I was about to dig in when I realized the two entrees in the plastic containers were freezing cold. I guess they just took them out of the fridge?? Very disappointing.
I went back to have them reheated. After that I was finally able to enjoy my lunch... :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I wanted to try Indian food; the curry and chicken is nice but I wish the portions were larger and less rice. Also for whatever reason they gave me an apple-like root inside my food that I took out before hand. The naan tastes very good compared to most places I ordered from; however the food is 7/10 for me.

Customer service is everything when you're in the business of people. This is something they need to work on - especially the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a good place for biryani but not anymore. Being in the area, I ordered a mutton biryani which was a utter and complete disappointment. All i got was biryani rice and 2 small pieces of meat with bone. Is this what they are charging $10+ for? Never going back there.....avoid if you can. Moreover, they have no concept of hygiene, cleanliness or customer service

Food is subpar, as others have noted.
Customer service is in shambles. I'm not sure if it's just the vibe of the spot but the lack of good manners and customer-first mindset is apparent in every way. Disappointed but I hope management takes note to improve. Or better yet, maybe keep the owner away from the customers. The lady working here is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have a less expensive meal and then this is the good option. I ordered Butter Chicken, Kadi pakora , plain paratha, Alloo paratha & Alloo stuffed naan.
Butter Chicken was ok in taste but naan’s & parathas were really nice. Quantity is also good for price.Paratha’s and naan size is good.
Taste is ok for curries and cannot complain as price was very low. There are lots of options to explore..
