★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mansoor and his team installed a new furnace, ac and humidifier at my place recently. The team was working simultaneously to ensure all work was done in an effecient manner. The old furnace and ac were removed and all scrap was cleared by the guys. Before the installation date Mansoor had come by to have a look at the existing system and gave me advice on what would be a good setup. He was honest and upfront about the cost. The quote that he gave me and which we discussed was exactly what was charged, no hidden costs. His team also installed a new thermostat which I had bought and he showed me the functionality and how I can control it. Mansoor came by again the next day to check up on the furnace and also gave me a walkthrough of the work that was done and how to operate the new equipment. Mansoor and his team, Kody, Mikey, Cole, Aaron and Hisham, are highly recommended. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace got red-tagged, so needed a new one quickly. Reached out to a few companies. Wide range of options and prices. Mansoor from Oria showed up quickly to see how he could help. Helped talk me through the world of furnaces and what he thought I needed. In addition to being competitively priced, he also gave me a better understanding of furnace operation which was helpful. And just the next day the furnace system was installed. Would highly recommend Mansoor and Oria H&C for anyone who needs to upgrade their furnace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Mansoor at Oria Heating and Cooling and he, Mike and Cole came the next day with a new 50 gallon Bradford White hot water heater. They were professional and their expertise was clear. Their cost was reasonable especially given the quality of the products they install and their level of knowledge during installation. We highly recommend their work and plan to engage them again as our air conditioning comes due for replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently woke up to a warning on our thermostat telling us that our temperature had dropped even though it was set for higher. We used Oria Heating and Cooling to install a humidifier last year, and had such great service that I called them again to look at our furnace issue. Less than an hour after calling, the owner was at my house and looking at our issue. After showing and explaining the issue, we were told our options for repair or replacement. We were provided with the costs, along with pros and cons of both options. The next morning they were at our house and installing our new furnace.
We have had nothing but friendly and professional service with this company. The owner is very thorough and took the time to ensure we understood the situation and had all the information to make an informed decision. The owner and his team were very knowledgeable, approachable and ensured everything was left very clean when they were finished installing our new furnace. Very happy with this service and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke in the middle of the night on to find my furnace not working. I called Mansoor in the morning and he came out in an hour! He was very professional, courteous and honest. Explained everything that was wrong and presented options. Went out immediately to get the part needed and repaired my furnace all in the same day! Even gave me some tips on maintenance and upkeep. Excellent service and highly recommend this company to anyone. They will be my go to when I need to replace my furnace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've turned to Oria Heating and Cooling twice now and twice I have had excellent service and very positive encounters on both occasions. The owner takes the time to listen and to provide good advice for our home's HVAC system. Everyone on his team was professional and friendly. This month, they installed a whole new AC for me in just a few hours, and in doing so even took the time to figure out why my humidifier hadn't been working for years now! Now I can look forward to cool temps this summer, and not drying out the air in my home so much when it is time to start running the furnace again in the fall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the early morning of January 3, 2022, we found that our thermostat dropped to 12 degree even though it was set for 23. My friend recommended me to call Oria Heating and Cooling for help. I called them to check and fix our furnace. Within 4 hours, a technician came for service checked our furnace and repaired it replacing one part. The technician explained the issue and gave us options. He also gave us the costs, along with pros and cons for the given options. When we agreed with the given option, he went to buy the part himself and within 2.5 hours of his arrival, he fixed our furnace.
We found the technician friendly and professional. The technician is very thorough and can diagnose the problem on sight. He gives all the information for informed decision. The technician impressed us that the team of this company are knowledgeable, approachable and up to date for their professionalism. Based on the services we received, we are fully satisfied and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with Oria Heating and Cooling. Our air conditioner stopped working during a warm day. The technician was at our house within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it that same day. He went out of his way to test our cooling system and found our thermostat was improperly wired which he quickly fixed for us. That attention to detail is very rare to find.
We were very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend them.
