Owners are committed to their passenger’s safety and well-being especially during these times and deserve praise, not hate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My folks recently took a 5-day cruise with Ontario Waterway Cruises, from Peterborough to Big Chute. They had a great time, and the staff went over and above what was expected to make sure they had a great time. They're already planning another cruise for next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome! Recently cruised on the Trent-Severn. This boat surely is the cleanest, safest way to enjoy a vacation — complete with good food, friendly crew, never-ending beauty, and pleasant camaraderie. You would not be disappointed on board this ship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second cruise with this company. We both enjoyed it immensely and the great people we met on board. The staff could not do enough and I want to particularly mention our last meal there. It was lunch time as we docked and we asked to be served first as we were meeting some good friends on the dock as soon as we tied up, and they obliged. We met our friends who brought chairs for us to sit and were able to meet for about an hour. We did not stay for dessert as we wanted to get off, not having seen these friends because of Covid. While sitting there talking, Robin brought out 4 desserts for us. That was above anything we could have imagined. What other company would do this.
Kudos to Robin and staff. A very relaxing trip and we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My elderly in-laws recently went on a five day cruise of the Trent-Severn. We were a bit concerned about them - but we need not have worried. They were well looked after by the excellent staff and they had a wonderful time. (They are already planning another Ontario Waterways cruise for next year.)
