R	Robby Zombie1973 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a kayak at this location and I never kayaked before and I assumed that the owner would’ve helped me more then having me purchase a fishing kayak that must weigh a ton that I cannot lift by myself. I wouldn’t trust this store anymore to sell me items that did not fit my lifestyle as a single mom this kind of boat was a ridiculous buy. I should’ve bought the $290 one at Walmart instead because the second year now I still can’t lift this boat and it’s completely pointless for what I wanted to do and I express my thoughts about doing and it was an expensive boat to I’m left with an expensive boat that I have no use for and it’s just basically sitting on my dock for no reason. The owner also suggested that taking my newborn son on the kayak wouldn’t be a problem. However, I looked at the logistics against this action then I realize how ridiculously stupid that suggestion was I can’t even lift the boat myself let alone take a baby on it! I really think this person just wants to get rid of the boat and he didn’t look at the factors that with caused me not to have used for this boat especially the fact that there’s a second person needed to do fishing in this boat a person that I don’t have existing around me at this point in time and I clearly stated that to him as well but I am a single mom and I have two young sons pretty upset about this purchase .

I cant say enough good things about this business, the owner is very helpful, knows his stuff and truly wants to see his customers happy. I would highly recommended shopping here!

Owner was flustered with two ladies and on the phone. Showed us which kayak and encouraged us to check it out. He disappeared in his office. The other ladies were looking at other things. When he came out we offered to buy and he said it was already sold. He acted like he did not care after encouraging me on phone to come in. Will buy elsewhere.

We ordered a kayak that day and we're told it would be about 4 weeks .. no problem. We asked about delivery options, paid the bill in full and were on our way home. 4 weeks went by, and we received a call that the kayak was going to be delivered to the showroom within a few days. I asked again about the delivery options, and was met with some resistance. After determining that I would need delivery, which I was willing to pay for, the kayak was suddenly "stuck in transit" with no clear idea of when it would be available. (Keep in mind, summer is two-thirds over by this point and he's had the cash for 4 weeks. When I inquired about the sudden delay, I was met with resentment and attitude, and was informed that I would be receiving a refund instead of a kayak. It seems that they don't actually want to sell kayaks, but rather just hold on to your money for a few weeks or months. Not impressed. More like Kayakity-YUCK. -- original review follows -- .. Great kayaks and great service! We were asked to follow Covid-19 protocols when we came in (which I fully appreciate). The staff were helpful and knowledgeable..
