★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two different excellent kayaks at two different times from their Gravenhurst outlet. The purchase experience and value were good. The kayaks work well. Over the past couple of years, two footrests and a couple plastic clips broke. The company quickly replaced all the broken parts at no cost. I can highly recommend ClearWater as a source of recreational boats. If nothing had broken it would be five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased 2 Kayaks from Chris. I didn't get a chance to see them before buying due to the COVID lockdown. Chris was so helpful and professional that he made me feel comfortable. Upon receiving the products I was delighted to see how well made and nice looking they are! Plus, they are made in Canada! The service that Chris provided was outstanding. I'd give more stars if I could. Amazing products & service!

We purchased 2 kayaks from them at the Home Show last year and we are extremely happy that we did. The quality is amazing.
Also, they deliver which was very handy for us as they dropped them off where we cottage up North.
Finally, we recently purchased a set of wooden kayak stands online and we are extremely happy that we did as the quality is amazing as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I purchased 2 kayaks this weekend, the Muskoka and the Algonquin, both with rudder systems. I bought over the phone with Chris who was very helpful and not pushy at all.
We tested them the same day at our cottage and had a great time on the lake. I find the Algonquin tracks better than the Muskoka, but they both move well in the water and the rudder system is very intuitive. I would have also purchased an Algonquin for myself but the Muskoka is easier for me to carry.
My partner did tip the Algonquin and we were disappointed to find the “waterproof” compartment did let some water in (his keys and wallet were a bit wet).
Otherwise, the price was very fair for the quality and we feel good supporting an Ontario family business.
