★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Brampton Small Claims Court office is the best of any I have been to in southern Ontario. Great staff at the front desk, small claims windows. Very helpful and quick too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work in a law office, and have been trying to reach a clerk at the court for the last half hour, the only person I have been able to reach is in the finance office, and they don't know anything outside of their office. It is useless trying to contact anybody there in any way other then to attend in person. I don't know why they even have phones there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is traumatic. No one tries to help you. The clerk's who work there just clock in and clock out. No enthusiasm, dead ambiance, not a pleasant place to be. The manager who manages counter 1,2 is EXTREMLY vicious, tense and rude. If you need to get things done in Brampton court, sucks for you. Not a good place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful from ladies judges in family courts, some are bias to men and husbands and favour mothers . A discrimination happened to me. A judged named Justic "pareant" happened she kept on being racist on my case left me with $50,000 in support . Never acknowledge a fraudulent lawyer that happened to retained never showed up on my motion date, so I asked to self represent she denied instead fined me and few times fined me again and again . This is seriously not being PROTESTED or petitioned as these family courts ate causing Men suicide rates inclined. I have been backlogged due to her so I had to set complaines in the pathetic judge to be removed . Finally I had some lead way . This shows me the redicoulus profitable industry inhumane environment systemic discrimination ser my the family courts are unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I being on phone for 2 hours 44 minutes and all lady answer just say hello 2 times and i say hello she didn't hear me and end up phone so tell me to have Patient for 2 hours and 44 minute and they could not patient for one minute .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small claims court associate on the phone refuses to help or give her name, was extremely rude & hangs up on you, has a very thick indian accent like she just learned english . All she will say is go online and won’t even hear genuine questions.
