First we had VINCENT as the mediator which I would never recommend He's very aggressive with dilated pupils but gladly my lawyer made him walk out the room with his tail between his legs. We eventually settled having another mediator.

It's better to solve at your own instead of filling case in OLRB. Otherwise wait for the decision till the end of your life. It took over 1 year for me to get the decision and still made a baised decision at the end. Mediator all the times are on vacation whenever sent the emails. Good luck for people filing cases here.

It's very unfortunate to have a biased judge in any judicial system. Without prejudice the public servant Vice Chair Matthew R. Wilson should have all his decision reports under investigation, and a vote should take place before allowing Mr. R Wilson to continue his services as Vice chair. To ensure a fair judgment for the people we believe the OLRB should take an immediate strong and active stand against any biased decisions.

Matthew R Wilson has an inferiority complex that is fully justified. He lives in his own fantasy world when writing decision reports which are quite the imagination. He is in no condition to mediate any case and definitely shouldn't adjudicate. His tanscripts are not disclosed so he freely and selectively adds/withholds information in the decision report to favour a party of his preference. (Toss him a bone and watch the dog do tricks) He needs years of serious therapy Judging by where he came from he didn't have a smooth history either. The public servant is well beyond serious issues.

The OLRB Vice Chair had interrupted the ongoing negotiation between the parties, did not disclose all case files to the applicant, did not provide any reason for his deliberate omissions of evidences presented by the applicant, distorted the facts, and decided to close the file without hearing. [1] The tribunal did NOT comply with its legislative mandate; [2] The tribunal’s process was NOT administratively fair; [3] The tribunal’s decision was NOT based on the evidence before it; and [4] The tribunal did NOT give adequate reasons in support of its decision. It is very alarming to see the apparent lack of fair, equitable, and functioning justice system in Ontario.

Matthew Ronald Wilson is a great adjudicator in providing exaggerated decision reports. These decision reports ought to be worth its weight in gold for the dyspeptic. For there is a good laugh on every page. MATTHEW R. WILSON disregards conflict of interest, and exercises politically motivated decision making. Most people don’t have the time nor the means to continue a case and have it heard by the superior court. So May the public be damned because they lack the means to protect and correct the situation. Matthew will be undone by his own. We find his actions to be highly prejudice and constitutionally offensive in providing the public with bias and false decision reports.

The case mediators are quintessentially “sales people”. From the beginning of our discussions the mediator projected false dispositions suggesting to “put aside frustrations and emotions” where no such “frustrations or emotions” exist. The mediators also use fear and doubt as a means to direct as many cases as possible into settlement. The entire experience feels like buying a car from a used car salesman. The mediators enter into negotiations with an unapologetic and clear set bias and without full examination of the facts. Ultimately the parties involved make decisions not to dispense with the claim, but to dispense with the unprofessional mediators. My advice is to hire counsel or an agent and ride their processes.

Extremely biased and clear conflicts of interest. Geneviève Debané knowingly withheld crucial evidence, and even after a request for reconsideration neglected these facts. Do not waste your time with the OLRB, hire a lawyer instead. They play golf with your employers.
