P	Perry Dice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jafir jaferi was very rude , went to do my screening review and he judge me right off the bat, after I told was i dropping my daugther to school and I don't work at the moment, he didn't want to hear what I have to say did get $10 off my 40 ticket, I told him I was on e.i. And I must show proof wish I had , and he didn't want to see it and only reduce my ticket to $20 wish I believe I should of got it writing off complete. Worst experience ever Brampton is one of the worst city to drive and park , stay out of Brampton. Jafir should get replace. No heart in at all. He runs off ppl hate

R	Rachel Czifra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find on Google maps. Lots of free parking. Helpful person at the information desk. It’s a large building but it’s easy to navigate around. Good signage and labels. Lots of chairs and benches while waiting.

The people are appalling with there attitudes and it's clear that helping and serving people is something they don't want to do and it's been like this for as long as I can remember and I have never had a good experience with anyone working there.

Lauryn at the front information desk was super nice and helpful which is the total opposite of my expectations honestly, she's definitely improving the reputation of this place. Other staff members weren't not as polite/informative.
R	Randhir jawandha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t waste your time , disputing any kind of ticket here . The officers here are not ready to hear your point . I just wasted a work day to fight a red light ticket which was not my fault at all . The officers here are very unprofessional. Their body language is rude , I’m not worried about the fine which I pay but they should treat you with respect and kindness. Have to wait 1 hour just to pay my fine after the hearing . Basically they don’t want people to come there . They give no rights to people of Brampton . The matter should be escalated to higher authorities . It needs some change . You can check other reviews here too . I don’t want to reveal the name of the officer but this firm needs a change .
