★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ABSOLUTE BEST!!! There is no other representative you want on your side. TRUST ME, I am a 'tireless researcher' and called/interviewed practically every lawyer/paralegal in Toronto, when we were facing eviction. We ONLY wanted Anthony to represent us, he genuinely cares and provided a real human touch whenever we spoke with him. His rates are reasonable, he provided excellent service, quality advice and really takes ownership of every case he handles. Anthony was even consulting with us from abroad while HE WAS ON HIS FAMILY VACATION. He really went above and beyond for us on numerous occasions and we will never forget it, he saved our home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a landlord, we were facing a tough tenant. After a long search for the best paralegal services in Toronto, I hired Anthony of ASK Legal to represent me at court. When I first spoke to him, I knew he will win the case due to his sense of logic and reasoning. Given a tight timeline, he took on the responsibility and made sure that he could help me win the case. What makes Anthony different from others is his way of approaching the case; he knew the law very well, and moreover, knows how to use the law to advocate in court. Despite only having few days to prepare for the case, Anthony was able to direct me and work diligently through the weekend to prepare the case. His professionalism and his experience are absolutely admiring. And YES! We won the case! The Judge gave reasons why we won and they were exactly what Anthony had advised us!! We felt much more confident after the fact since Anthony also informed us about our next step and what we can do to prevent our Tenant from filing an application against us in the future. Overall, I definitely recommend Anthony to anyone out there who is suffering from having difficult tenants. I look forward to working with Anthony in the future again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to collect a large sum of money that we paid which we did not get any services for. It was a breach of contract. We started a Small Claims court case and we thought it was simple. But we were in over our heads. We called ASK Legal Firm for representing us in our Small Claims Court case. Anthony is a true legal professional in and out if the courtroom. Landlord Tenant act and is an absolute pleasure to work with. I have high anxiety in general and then having to deal with legal issues in the LTB just raises my anxiety even higher. Any time I talked to Ask legal he managed to lower my anxiety and explain everything to the smallest little details. He got my landlords case dismissed for defective N12 within 5 minutes of the commencement of hearing. He prepared for the hearing as if we were going to go ahead and we had a great conversation leading to the hearing. He is also representing us as tenants in the matters that we brought up against the landlord and he did a great job during the preliminary hearing as well. His fees are very reasonable and he is super fair and I thinks gives more than what is in the retainer. He is an absolute pleasure tow work with and although I would like for this nightmare of my cases to be over I am kind of glad that I will have a chance or two to talk to him again. Highly recommend Ask legal!!! Super professional that gets really invested in your case. Thank you !

My landlord pushed me to leave and to force me , he making terrible noise at midnight to awake me!
He keep all my parcels and denying of having them , Wi-Fi was included howe recently he cut off that!
His wife tried to broke my basement door and yelled at me for no reason , they are angry as the rent went up and they cant increase the rent as still two months left from my contract
I called police however my landlord denied everything
Please help me what should i do?
