β β β β β Just bought a southwest bowl. The sweet potatoes were stale and hard as rock, the avocado was brown, the tomatoes were white, and the cilantro looked like its been sitting for two weeks. The only reason I managed to eat any of it is because I bathed it in the sauce so I didn't have to taste anything else. Also I'm a student and can't afford not eating a 12 dollar meal. Lesson learned: absolutely never coming here again.

β β β β β I ordered the Tilapia sandwich. There was hardly any fish, 1 leaf of lettuce and bread was not fresh, with a side of fruit salad all for $12. Never again. Cafe Plenty and Avenue Cafe are the same price and around the corner - and so much better.

β β β β β I had a Powehouse Salad, the cauliflower looked very old, they pre-made the bowl and just added strawberries before giving it to me. I did not feel well after lunch. This is the worse culture store I have been to. They charge this premium price, but does not provide fresh food.

The employee that spoke to me needs to learn Canadian law. He asked me for my medical information and then kicked me out. I went there to get a bite to eat after my hospital appointment. 2 thumbs way down ? ?.
It's against the law to ask someone for their medical information.

β β β β β I love it when you schedule an order and 15 minutes before its arrival, Cultures calls you and tells you that they have run out of food for your order. Thank you for that great customer service as the food was for my parents in their 90's who rely on services like yours to eat. Next time show some class and notify me earlier in the day so I can make alternative arrangements.
