★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What would have been a daunting task in selecting a CPAP machine/mask for my husband, during Covid-19 lockdown, ended up being a seamless process, all in thanks to Patrick Rodriguez.
Patrick is the utmost professional and was supremely detailed in answering all our questions and sending my husband the most helpful links to assist in the process. Patrick always exemplified genuine care and patience for all our questions, and when the first mask did not work for my husband, an immediate suggestion was made and the swap of masks was done.
We were beyond impressed with Patrick and our experience with Ontario Sleep Care. Even after the purchases, Patrick was hands on in continuing to answer questions we had to ensure proper use and fit.
Thank you to Patrick for making this experience such a pleasant one in helping to make my husbands sleep condition, a restful one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Ontario Sleep Care CPAP - Dundas was excellent, thanks to the exceptional service of Patrick Rodriguez. Conscious that I was moving to another province very soon after getting my referral for a sleep machine, Patrick went beyond the call of duty to expedite materials immediately and to ensure that all arrived before the move. Soon after moving, when I was having trouble fitting the mask and headgear, he had a zoom call with me which allowed him to see that the mask and headgear was not a good fit for me. Immediately, he sent out the appropriate accessories. I have been most happy with everything since. Patrick's customer service is excellent; he is polite, responds to emails immediately, and in my case, went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied.. He is a credit to your organization.

They sell great CPAP machines and CPAP products, offer great continued support and customer service, as well as therapy packages. Definitely worth every penny! Will be referring all of my friends and family.
