This was the most unnecessary situation I have tried to handle ever in customer service . I understand it’s government that’s why there is zero money invested in bettering but phone center employees should never say “I don’t know” or “I can’t help” . Also clean the parks better , I realize it’s annoying now that dirt bags go camping but the last few years there has been piles of garbage around different parks . Smarten up .
K	Kurtis “OkSkyDesign” Kehoe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allowing people to book weeks at a time - just to get the weekend they want - and then cancel the latter portion of the reservation is a terrible way to organize bookings. It makes it impossible for the rest of us to get any time in. It allows for the few to get the space they need while the other sites remain empty. This needs to change.
A	Andrei Ionescu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had while booking holiday reservations. I made a booking error and called support within 10 minutes. They rudely informed me there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to book the correct camp site I would have to pay a $40 penalty! Absolutely outrageous. I have never encountered anywhere. I guess this is what you get when dealing with a government run agency.
J	Jerry Thayilchira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelling anything is difficult, you have to call a phone to cancel, then you have to MAIL a form back to process the refund, afterwards they take a portion of the refund for themselves... Booking on their website is confusing and unclear, And the form to refund is literally just a webpage, no PDF no document to print from..what year is this having to mail for refund? you can book online but you cant refund online.
