Her knowledge of her job had me in and out of there quick. Have to say Covid protocol was on point too!! Appreciate the staff there. Ty all.

D	David Leduchowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomas Sowell said, "You will never understand bureaucracy until you first understand that for the bureaucrat, procedure means everything, and outcome means nothing". Perhaps I don't understand what the responsibility of these service centers are, but for info about my EI claim, I was given the 1-800 number to call and sent on my way. The reason I drove half an hour to the service center is because the last time I tried the 1-800 number, I waited two hours and forty minutes, then it rang, and I answered a dead line. The wait is usually well over 1.5 hours on the phone, but the so-called "service center" appears undeserving of the name. So, I recommend waiting on the phone on hold for as long as it takes.
