She helped me the the best possible way she can and the waiting time was not long. It was quick service. I am very satisfied. Thanks Daniel for your help.

- I went for my passport appointment I booked online a week before (this location always offers the soonest availabilities in Winnipeg)
- when arrived I noticed few people waiting there without appointment. I realized later that online appointment are recommended but not compulsory in order to be served. They will try to squeeze you between online appointments or noshows.
The important stuff:
- Bilingual staff all around (entrance agents, reception, office clercs…etc).
- Very obliging, flawlessly efficient and so friendly. I shared a feedback with the entrance gentleman about the waiting area before the entrance exposed to sun rays directly which could affect his health and visitors. He showed a lot of care and promised to share the feedback with management. The Clerc agent very knowledgeable and informative.
- The whole visit took me around 20 mins. ( 5 mins ish waiting outside though I arrived 15 min earlier).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office was very efficient and caring. As someone with a physical disability the security guy let me come in to sit when he saw I was starting to struggle to stand. Rachelle ( the office personal) was very friendly and thorough. She made the experience pleasant.
