Hi, it’s the worst place i live in canada . I live in 1055 Powers st. Winnipeg in Queensbury building and my apartment got flooded because of their plumbing problem in building and when my stuff got damaged with the sewage water in my clothes, shoes, bed,sofa and more. When i ask for the claim for my damaged items because of their mistake my apartment got flooded then they said it’s not our problem that your stuff is damaged we only care to claim if any damage to their property. It’s acceptable if it’s natural but it’s a mistake of their plumber’s. Never ever live in their apartments they harass me and didn’t even pay for motel or food. It’s sad I can’t give 0 star to them.

5 stars well deserved to Jeremy and Amanda! Before they became the managers of 660 Dakota, the building was going downhill fast. Since their arrival, things get fixed, the building is clean and it is becoming secure! Towers - keep these gems!

This review is specifically for Virginia, the building manager at Birchgrove Manor. Virginia is a fantastic building manager. I lived at Birchgrove Manor for 3 years, and in that time Virginia was incredibly helpful. Any issue, like plumbing or AC she got taken care of right away. Anything you needed she was on top of, and was always kind and friendly. The building was always clean and well maintained. Couldn't have asked for a better building manager. 10/ 10

I rent a condo unit from an individual owner and Towers manages the building. Around Christmas, there was a problem with the heating in the building that went on for over a week. A letter was posted in the lobby that incorrectly stated heating in units was not affected. We had previously contacted the superintendent and she gave us the impression there may be a problem with our unit specifically but our neighbors reported the same problem. I called and left a voicemail for the person responsible for the building, Rebecca Ellis. I simply wanted information and to know if they would be able to resolve the issue soon as I was tired of being freezing in my own home in the dead of winter. I mentioned that communication seemed to be lacking. She called me back and immediately went on the defensive and said I should only be talking to my landlord. She claimed that they provided all information to the landlord. My landlord denies receiving any information. I even said I know they don’t have much control over repairs and parts. I just wanted reassurance the problem would be addressed soon. I barely had a chance to speak and this was one of the most useless and frustrating telephone interactions I’ve ever had. It doesn’t matter that I’m not the owner. This was completely unacceptable and ironically, shortly after the conversation the heating was fixed. It seems like she wasn’t even aware of what was going on, otherwise it would have been much easier to tell me that instead of being so rude. I hope this company will instruct its employees to be polite and treat tenants with decency.

The new caretaker at 21 Mayfair has been such a great addition. Our old ones were great and we were upset to lose them, but Jim has been fantastic. Building is always clean, he's always working on something, and very quick to respond to any requests, calls, or concerns. Great hire!

I lived at 555 River Ave from 2017-2020 and I would give the apartment building and its caretakers, Anthony and Evelynn, 4 stars. However, I would give the management and administration of Towers Realty Group 2 stars. It's a central location in Winnipeg close to transit, restaurants, the Forks and Safeway; fair price for the area; has just what you need such as ample storage, counter space, outdoor and underground parking (when not under construction), elevators. Anthony and Evelynn were caring and professional. All the residents occasionally got small gifts during the pandemic which helped build a sense of community. Living in a downtown location, I am totally understanding when I come across tenants experiencing mental health issues. Unfortunately, one tenant did bother me for a few months. In hindsight, I think they were just concerned for my safety because they kept hearing "screaming" from my apartment (even when no one was home). I believe Anthony was considerate and balanced both parties concerns and it was resolved in the end. Some positives about Towers management/administration: I really appreciated the free online yoga that was available during the pandemic. When I called the front desk, there was one person who I found very friendly and patient with me. Shawnda was responsive when I had the issue with another tenant mentioned above. I did not find her rude, just direct. I got my deposit returned to me in a timely manner (had to pay for some professional cleaning for things I that I didn't have the right tools and chemicals to clean myself). For some negatives: The manager before Shawnda made a mistake when calculating my rent and Anthony had to correct it before I signed the lease. There is one front desk person who I don't like talking to because more than once they faulted me for not telling them the right information to forward the call but I think it is their job to make sure they get the right information from me. Overall, I enjoyed living here. It was just a headache sometimes when dealing with the Towers office.

I live at 660 Dakota street and I would like to give the Manager Jeremy a 5 star appreciation. Ever since he arrived things have been moving smother than ever, he is responsive, polite and gets things fixed in a timely manner and has a very friendly disposition. I recently had some health issues and he went above and beyond his duties to make sure that I was able to comfortably leave and come back to the building in a safe and secure manner. Jeremy is the man. Much appreciate. !!

My friend had very bad experience with them.They entered in his apartment without his permission to do the plumbing work.Even though he did not make any complain about plumbing and everything was good in his apartment. They flooded the apartment during plumbing work and ruin everthing with sewage water. My friend had to throw all his things in garbage. But now they are not providing any help to my friend. So go there if you like to wash your clothes and other things with sewage water!!!!!
