★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Thursday hoping to get a knee walker Friday for the weekend. I live in Brockville Ontario and Pat and Mora were fantastic! They answered my emails quickly and I spoke to them Friday morning and they had one sent right away!

Early in March, my brother was seriously injured in a logging accident. It resulted in him having to spend over two weeks in the hospital.
Before my brother was discharged, I was told to arrange the care and medical equipment necessary for accommodating him while recovering at home. Hearing this, I was lost and felt so overwhelmed.
However, I was fortunate enough to be connected with Pat at OMS. I am ever so grateful that Pat answered my call the day I phoned OMS. Pat went above and beyond in helping me organize everything needed to care for my brother. I like to refer to her as my guardian angel, as I believe that I was meant to get in contact with her specifically. I could not ask for a more kind, caring and empathetic individual to have helped myself and my brother during these trying times.

Erica answered all my questions when I first called, and I was then personally fitted with an Aircast for my ankle, with explicit instructions on its use. It's reassuring to have someone knowledgeable and extremely pleasant providing proper equipment and advice after an injury! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urgently needed a power recliner chair for my wife to sleep in after injuries from falling on ice. OMS Kingston had the model we wanted. Pat Markland arranged for the chair to be delivered to my home, 120 km away. The chair arrived the next day!
A month after the purchase, we had a problem with the chair. Pat arranged for a service call the next day. Problem solved!
Very pleased with the chair and the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond words! The exceptional service we have received from this business Ontario Medical Supply, Fortune Cresent, Kingston, ON is well and beyond. The kindness and compassion I and (my father) have been shown is unbelievable. Pat has the biggest heart and has shown much empathy even though we have never met.
Pat has managed to get supplies/equipment out to us asap same day service which in this time is almost impossible.
Its difficult enough when a loved one is ill and trying to manage things can tough but this company has been FANTASTIC!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to hip surgery, I had gone to Ontario Medical Supply Store on Gardiners Road in Kingston to purchase some Post-Op medical supplies.
Pat's greeting was very friendly. She was very helpful & straightforward in guiding me towards assistive devices for at home after care and mobility.
Pat having gone through her own hip surgery, provided me with answers to my inquiries and after spending time with her, I definitely felt more self-assured in having the surgery done.
After surgery, Pat call me twice to see how I was progressing shows how compassionate and caring she is.
I would highly recommend this OMS store to anyone as all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Pat has been beyond amazing, quickly understanding our needs, and sharing her considerable knowledge and empathy to help us choose the most appropriate adjustable hospital bed, comfort mattress and shower chair/commode.
