★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M'lady went in to get an ultrasound done, she was not greeted, and was given attitude telling her that she should know she needs an appointment, and to go elsewhere. I would not recommend this place whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! I'm amazed at the negative reviews here. I have to be one of the most pickiest people on this earth and this is the ONLY place I go. The people are always friendly, at the reception desk and all the technicians. I can't say enough good things about them. Guess everyone has a bad day now and again but I gotta say I have never, ever had a negative experience going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my call for an appointment was quickly shutdown by the receptionist as she said they are not doing any knee, shoulder or hip work and have a six month backlog they are trying to dig out of. I understand the challenges associated with our current Covid times, however they were quite impersonal and obviously overwhelmed with what they are dealing with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locations has PAID parking. They don't take appointments. Website neglects to tell you they are closed for 1 hour every day. I have updated Google with CORRECT hours of operation. When I went back second time the lineup was going to be a hour or two and they suggested I "come back and try a slow time like 2 pm. " I look at my watch and said, that's funny, it's EXACTLY 2pm! When to Huronia imaging instead and was in and out in 45 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 6 stars if I could. Amazing staff, amazing service! The MD made a mistake in a requisition and the technician went above and beyond to contact the doctor's office and receive clear directions, based on my complaints. Thank you so much Rebecca! I don't know the findings yet, but that was a highlight of my day that made me feel better instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand the bad reviews, maybe they have gotten new management recently? It's a beautiful modern facility, all the staff were very friendly, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a walk-in x-ray.
Sure it's a little annoying to have to pay $5 for parking but I don't think the clinic has control over that, and there is plenty of free street parking in the area if you really want to avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very polite and attentive staff!! My technician was patient and gentle, provided clear instruction and answered my questions respectfully and accurately. What really impressed me was that the receptionist went the extra mile as I was there for an Xray and a booking for a bone density test. The earliest appointment was April but I was blessed to get my test done right after my Xray as they had a last minute opening. The receptionist didn't have to arrange that with the technician so I am very grateful that she appreciated the urgency of my situation. Thank you!
