THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Our daughter had a possible heart murmur that turned out to be nothing. Completely healthy. (Which we didn't know at the time) These crooks then called us to ask we come in to "discuss" our daughters results. We asked should we bring out daughter too? They said yes, to check her "vital signs". As a parent you can imagine what is going through our minds at this point. My wife was crying for days leading up to the appointment with horrible thoughts swirling her head regarding the health of our baby. We have twins so we hired our nanny for the day (not cheap) to watch our other daughter while we make the half hour trip on the highway to visit the doctor. We then get a phone call the day of the appointment from one of their staff members that they would have to cancel the appointment as the doctor had to leave to attend family matters (okay not the worst thing, I understand) but what happened next infuriated us deeply... The staff member then told us your daughter is fine and there is nothing wrong with her. Are you starting to see where this is going? They wanted us to make the trip there and back and waste our time so they could SWIPE OUR HEALTH CARD AND GET PAID. What's even more pathetic is that they requested we bring our daughter and risk her safety on the highway just so they could swipe HER CARD TOO AND GET PAID A SECOND TIME. Very shameful, very sneaky, very dishonest and VERY greedy. It's sad that these crooks operate in such a dishonest fashion so they can beef up their paychecks and if anyone of you from that office is reading this, we hope you feel ashamed with yourselfs, as you rightfully should. 0 stars.

The receptionist has very poor customer-service skills, in person and over the phone. Went in for an echo-cardiogram scheduled for 9am, the technician arrived 30 minutes late. Had the test done on December 6th, it's been over a month and the results have not been sent to my family doctor. Not the best experience, would not recommend.

Very convenient to book an appointment, have multiple locations in all over GTA. I wonder when they will start online booking? Polite and helpful staff and doctors.

This is regarding the Milton branch at Bronte St. The secretary ( I didn’t get her name) and Mr. Imran (who did the tests) were both amazing. They were very helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for the supportive care.

This place deserves 0 star. I was supposed to get 72 hour heart monitor attached to me. They cancelled few minutes before my appointment to re-schedule. I had already taken half day at work. They said the technician is off sick (which I understand but at least call a little earlier). They re-scheduled me for today and they wasted a lot of my time. The technician did not know how to put sensors and monitor and set up the session in their system/computer. She had to call multiple people for help and even after that it toll forever to complete the task. The 5 minute task took an hour and I am still not sure if all was done correctly.

Been coming here the last 3 years for an annual check up. Philippino technician/receptionist is always sweet. The lady who did my heart ultrasound this year though, she needs to be less nosy and focus on what she’s doing. Felt like an interrogation. Made it super awkward. She asked me: how old I was, if I was married. Then told me her son is a year younger than me and is married now after marrying in December. Then asked: if I finished my studies, what do I do for work, if I have siblings. If my older brother is married, where I’m from and if my mom works or stays home. Yea she asked all that. Very unprofessional.

Avoid! I came here for an ECG and they did not send the results to my doctor until 7 days later. I called over 10 times and no one answered the phone. When I was finally able to get through I was given the runaround for days. At one point, one staff member called me to ask if I wanted to book an ECG even though I had come in for the test days earlier. This is a HEART clinic. This level of negligence could put someone in danger or lead to a medical emergency. There is absolutely no excuse for taking 7 days to send test results. ECG results do not take more than one day. Furthermore, I should not have had to request that my test results be sent to my doctor. This should have been done automatically that same day or the next day. I was not offered an apology or even the tiniest bit of empathy when I went in to find out what the hold up was. I found the admin staff to be extremely dismissive and disorganized.The least they could have done is communicate and apologize.
