L	L A Higgon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office staff contacts were very helpful, and my pickup was the day they promised, coming at end of day at 4:30pm. The pickup driver took everything, even complimenting my father's artwork I was donating. In view of the negative reviews I read I felt I had to post my positive one. Thanks OFCP.
L	Linda B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone called me, asked me to donate used clothing, gave me a date for pick-up, then reminded me the day before the scheduled pickup. No one showed up. I called CP and left a message, however, no one had the courtesy to return my call. I will not donate again.

For the negative comments regarding donation pick up's, I'm sure they try to do their best to pick all the generous donations from people, but they also rely on volunteers to do this. To rate this organization poorly because they didn't pick up your donations and clothes seems misleading on how much this organization actually does to help those affect by cerebral palsy and their families. My suggestion would be to help by donating a bit of your time to drop off the items and clothes at a location near you. Thank you Mother of a CP child #cpstrong
M	M E Dias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just recently recieved a call and donated. I even got a confirmation the day before. Clothes got picked up on the day off agreed date. Instrcutions was clear. We have to give them time to pick up as at time esp weather could be a factor. We even received a paper that it was picked up. Not sure why other people are complaining of calls for I always get good customer service with this organization, good and professional communication is key. Keep up the good work as a lot of children needs your organization.
M	Marie Halfaxa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called twice to confirm my address and pickup date, gave them extra info on the phone, lady said she would "make a note" and everything would be taken care of. Yesterday they were supposed to pick up the donations and they're still here. Called me today to tell me they had the wrong address although I confirmed with them twice over the phone and twice over email and they acted like it was my fault. Nice. Try to be more reliable, probably better places to donate stuff to.
l	laura nicholls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OFCP calls me every couple of months and I try to help them out. I look all over my house to find things for them. This time I've had stuff on my steps for two days. Yesterday, I called them three times and finally they told me that the driver was going to come today. After coming home and finding the stuff was STILL on my front steps, I was told that the driver didn't bother to tell them that he hadn't come to my house. I actually had to ASK for an apology. If they can't take the time to let me know they aren't going to bother to come, I can find someone else to donate to. Organizations like this should hire people who know a bit about common courtesy because none of the people I spoke to had any.

I was shocked by the 2 star rating, and disgusted to see that the low rating is generated from people whose donations of clothing pick up went awry. SHAME ON YOU! Have some common sense and contact the people, probably volunteers, who do the picks ups. Do not smear a charitable organization's work over this, regardless of how frustrated the donation process was for you. I encourage you to withdraw your review and rating.
