A	Andrea Johnstone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I selected Dr. Novack based on reviews and proximity to my home, and although I’ve only had one visit so far for a checkup and cleaning, I’m very pleased with my choice. The office ambiance is very calming, with quiet background music, and Dr. Novack is friendly and approachable, and quickly builds rapport and trust with her competent, confident manner. My appointment was scheduled for the day after I’d phoned, by the time I visited, she had checked in with my previous dentist to get my pertinent information. She did a very thorough examination and the best cleaning I have ever had. She is a very good listener and tailors her recommendations and advice accordingly. A first for me - I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

When I was referred to Dr. Novack, I was happy with not only the detail of care the clinicians provided but the inviting customer experience every time you take a step into the office. I had a chance to work with Dr. Novack for general dental care, Dr. Novacks dad, Phillip, which did a great job with my periodontal care, and Kelly which is such a great dental hygienist/assistant. Thanks team for the exceptional dental care! Never leave the place unhappy

First, they were very flexible scheduling the appointments, and we never had to wait beyond schedule when we arrived to the clinic. The staff is in general friendly and attentive. I was surprised on how fast an efficient was Dr Novack doing her work. She also listened and replied pointly to all my questions and concerns. Lastly, they are very patient and understanding with children, my son (6 years old) was never reluctant to go to his appointments. He trusts the doctors a lot, which is something hard to achieve on children at this age. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

Highly recommend to everyone looking for a new dentist, or even a second opinion (like I did… one appointment and I was sold!). Also - Kelly the dental assistant/admin does it all and is so friendly and helpful. It’s nice to be greeted by name at your appointment and she always answers emails and the phone in a timely manner. Our child actually had a really great time, the process was both quick and Dr Sari was very gentle. We had no clue that the experience could get even better! We recently went for cleaning and our experience was remarkable. The ambience of the office is clean, eclectic and calming. Dr Sari is extremely personable, some how you forget they're poking around at your mouth. Professional, courteous, and friendly! The staff made us feel like family… We strongly recommend Dr. Sari Novack Dentistry for the entire family.
