S	Starla R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most horrible ODSP location office I've ever experienced. Parking is scarce. Good chance you'll need to park at least a block away, pay for parking and walk to the building... Which is hard if you're physically disabled. The office is on the third floor with parole on the first and juvenile court on the second floor. This makes it very difficult if you have an anxiety. When you step onto the floor make sure you grab a numbered ticket. I saw one person get upset because they were not paying attention and their number was called 5 tickets before noticing. Some people tried to stand in line and got upset when people with numbered tickets went ahead of them. The clerks at the windows are not helpful. They do not help in stressful and time sensitive situations. I suggest avoiding the office at all cost!!!

L	Lindi Zamisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once on the program (have to provide everything short of your blood sample haha) the opportunities to be a contributing member of society whilst on disability are many. The number of provided services and supports are great - you need to ask questions and you need to be proactive in utilizing these services as no one will hold your hand and point you to them. It is tedious but for those that need it it does the job. Again, this is a barely liveable income when one considers the hugely inflated rent and daily living costs.

Being under ODSP in Hamilton it's the worst experience I ever had. The words like compation or empathy are the wishful thinking. My worker Lane quiet easily showing her power. None any supportive, positive word. I am anxious and scared. I have to be on the top of every policy. I used to be RN. I need to pay for licences and she clearly stated, that personally she will decide, if she sign the paper or not. She mentioned, that she doesn't want to lose her job. I believe my future, my life is the last thing, that she takes. Thankfully I have met in my life "the few good man".I will fight. I believe bad karma it's coming back like boomerang. I am hoping to see it.

Still haven't received an email or a call back even though the site specifically says I would receive a call back within a few days. It's very serious and people cannot afford to live if they have a disability and can't work, SO unprofessional. How are the people working here just ignoring applications of people in need?
