When I reach them, I had to answer a bunch of personal questions and then they hanged up on me!
I had to call again and started all over again: wait, answer the questions and all these continued 3 days!
This is HORRIBLE !!! And this is supposed to be a help service from the Government!!! Shame!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repeated voice mails for 9 consecutive days left without reply. Whats the sense in having a public service if its not readily available?
Do yourself a favour and find a lawyer or paralegal whom takes payments. These public defenders don't even care about you.
