★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonu Nigam and Neha Kakkar concert arrangement was very poor. The concert started 1.5 hrs late (not acceptable). The performances by the singers were good but time management was really bad. Won't be coming again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice smaller venue for concerts; accoustically supposed to be very good, but last night's Meatloaf concert was ear-splitting, with instrument sounds reverberating off the walls, turning songs into musical mush with unintelligible lyrics.
Too, the price gouging for beverages needs to be addressed: four dollars for a bottle of water, and twelve dollars for a glass of ordinary wine ... not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ushers were great and I find the ticket prices were good. Food is a bit pricey but on the lower end of most venues I've been too. I've never found a seat that was terrible for listening either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a Moody Blues concert here is 2010 and it was pretty awesome. The building structure was awesome. They had a smoking patio for the smokers. The view from the upper balcony looked great. You could see the whole stage perfectly from just about anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue to see a show. Seats are comfortable and roomy, acoustics are tremendous, feels like you're close to the action.
Only thing I'd knock is refreshment prices, for Hamilton I think $12.50 for a glass of red wine is a little too much. Other than that no issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful concert hall with great acoustics and sight lines. Looking forward to seeing some live comedy next month from the safety of the 2nd balcony.
