I was beyond pleased with my purchase and throughout the entire situation Raffi made sure I was firm with what I wanted and never once came off as a pushy auto salesman. Raffi also helped with getting me insurance at an affordable rate. This place is outstanding. Any issue or uncertainty with the car was solved almost instantaneously. I never had to chase anybody down for anything all calls were answered and returned promptly. If you want to shop for a vehicle safely, Ontario Auto Sales is the place to be.

After the walk-around and test drive, i made a list of deficiencies and took photos. Goran and his team were very supportive and quite easy to work with. They told me it would take about 4 days to have ALL the issues corrected. It did and they did. But here's where you separate the men from the boys. After completing the sale and driving it home several other issues presented. Some minor, some serious. They willingly took care of each and every issue that arose after the sale. They picked me up. They drove me home. They communicated regularly and clearly. Its a used vehicle and can have issues.... even though they have newer more pristine models which were out of my price range they still treated me like gold! They are in this to win this!
