Garbage service and wrong information they sold me car by clearing engine sign after few hours i got engine light back and they said we will fix it i dropped my vehicle few times but what they did jus cleared that engine ?. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Here's a real guy, who had a real problem. Skyline to the rescue! People before me have mentioned Mohsin by name. And for very, very good reason! i came to him with a problem. I needed a truck, and I needed it fast. This man, spent most of his day, working on my problem. Making a process that normally takes 2 or more days (EVERYWHERE not just here), take all but 8 hours. Magic! People worked late. People rushed. People cared. They delivered! Now please don't ask this poor man to do that again (one day delivery) as it was a true business emergency on my end. He didn't charge extra. He even dealt with some 407 charges for me, which I had totally forgotten about, while registering the vehicle, and allowed me to reimburse him on vehicle delivery. My personal experience was a 10/10. And I can also confirm, this definitely does not seem like a place I would find an old Crown Victoria. And based on the general condition of the vehicles on his sales lot, to my eye, seemed like they could all drive off the lot the same day. There ARE 3 "Skyline" businesses that deal in automotive, and they are ALL in the same area. Easy to mix up for previous reviewers, and even for me, a local to the area. But I really have to agree with the response given by the owner. Wrong locations on those negative reviews. Again, just my personal opinion! Except I was actually there. And I actually own that very truck, purchased from that very parking lot, belonging to this very business!

I should have read your other reviews first, 25 one stars of 113 reviews, not good! Almost 25% of your customers unhappy! Less then one star if I could. Very disappointed in Moshin the owner! Just bought a 2001 4runner and paid top dollar for it. I was headed out of town so looked at the truck quickly at night but followed up on the phone and asked him a lot of questions about the truck, like why it wasn't certified. He said they don't certify cars over 10 years old. I told him I was trusting him, and he said it would take very little to certify the truck as it was in very good condition. I e-mailed him a deposit and picked up the car a week later. I have a $1700.00 estimate for mechanical repairs and a quote for $3000.00 to repair the rusted frame...I too read all the positive reviews but be aware, don't trust there words, get the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic before you buy. Skyline has a repair shop, so I am sure they knew the problems this truck had and just wanted to get rid of it. Buy elsewhere if you can! Moshin, You know I didn't check it out thoroughly, again you lie. I came by at night in the dark and it was raining on my way out of town. When I asked you why it wasn't certified you said that the car is in good condition, we just don't certify cars that are over 10 years old. I have attached pictures of the frame. Yes, I am sure the mechanic magically rusted the frame. You shouldn't have even let me drive the truck home. You bought this at an auction, overpaid for it and had no problem selling to the fist person that would believe your lies. I should have checked it out better, but my predicament didn't allow me the opportunity, instead I chose to trust you, my bad. You knew I was buying the truck for my son, you have made what was supposed to be a happy moment a nightmare, not that you care! No wonder used car people have such a bad reputation. It's caused by dealers like you. I just looked and out of 113 reviews 25 were a 1 star...I should have looked at this first.

Fabulous service! The guys and Moshen were great. Their prices are reasonable, they are personable, and very efficient. Got a great truck from them . Awesome car dealer !!!

Extremely poor customer service. Inquired about a few cars and got little, to no response. 6 weeks in and I still have not heard back. Will not be going back anyways. Poor leadership. They do not wear masks despite mandates. They need to do better. Such a shame. And the response given thereafter below this review is pathetic. If you can’t attend a client within a reasonable time frame you make them feel like you don’t need their business. It shouldn’t take over a month to post a trade in or new vehicle. Never had this experience ever. That’s a bad practice. Will never recommend or come back to this horrible dealership.

Posting one star for false advertising. Their ad clearly states they offer financing: ".PLEASE CALL OR VISIT US FOR MORE DETAILS. ****FINANCING FOR EVERYONE******* PLEASE CALL FOR FINANCING DETAILS***" I called twice to inquire about a specific car, both times was told they don't offer financing for that car. Okay, fine, then remove this line from your ad. You've posted multiple ads for the same car, and in each one it includes this line. Just remove the line from the cars that you don't offer financing on.

Recently bought a Toyota from them. The whole process was smooth and effortless. I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and the Mohsin was really friendly. I took the car to my own trusted mechanic and was told that the car I had gotten was 10/10 especially with the price I paid for it. Would definitely buy from Mohsin Again!

AVOID THIS CURBSIDER AT ALL COSTS. My dad sold his corporate-registered 2007 Lexus LX470 to a private individual on June 25, 2021. This individual has failed to transfer ownership and the LX470 is now for sale as having "one owner" at Skyline Auto for $18,000 more after extensive bodywork and maintainance (photo from day of sale attached). On January 29, 2022, I called Skyline Auto and spoke to Moshin (sp?) who assured me that the car only had one owner and that Moshin personally had the owner present him with the original Lexus dealership purchase paperwork. Funny because that owner WAS my dad and he has never spoken with Moshin or heard of Skyline Auto. I asked Moshin to book me in to view the car the next day. On January 30, 2022, my partner and I went to the dealership for the viewing. We were greeted at the dealership by who I believe to be the aforementioned June 25, 2021 private buyer. I told him that we were there to view the Lexus but needed the Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP) before we could proceed. He confirmed that the vehicle is currently registered to Skyline Auto and that he'll get the paperwork to show this if we wait outside for a minute. 25 minutes later, my partner and I are still outside in -11 degree weather and the door into the dealership is locked. I called back Skyline Auto's main number and spoke to Moshin again (who in the meantime was notified that I was actually the original owner's daughter). Moshin finally confirmed that the registration was never transferred out of my dad's business's name but that I shouldn't worry about it because it was no longer "my problem" as the car was technically sold and my dad would have the original bill of sale to prove this (wrong, the signed bill of sale goes to the buyer who must take it to the MTO within 6 days of purchase). Thankfully I recorded all of these interactions and kept paperwork copies. My paralegal education gets 5/5 while this dealer is 0/5. Will be pursuing further with the proper authorities.
