When the girl was finished with my pedicure, instead of starting with my manicure, she took on a mother and daughter duo who came in. i complained, that I wanted her to finsh with me first - to no avail. I paid for my pedicure, no tip, and left, never to go back again. Extremely rude service.

My sister returned home in tears because the staff yelled at her, was extremely rude to her and ruined her nails.
We’re not sure what was the reason behind the hostility, maybe they didn’t like the fact that she was brown?
Everyone else seems to have a great time here so that’s the only thing we can think of. Unless everyone else in the reviews is just a friend/paid to do so

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got shellac nails done here and on day 2 my nail polish started to peel. On day 5, three of my nails were chipped. So I called and they said okay come in we will fix it. But from the moment I got there they were HOSTILE. I was literally being screamed at by the woman saying "sit down quickly" and how she doesn't have time, so I suggested I come back another day trying to calm the situation to which she refused saying if I come on a different day she will charge me. Then the man who runs the place joined in to yell at me. And I mean YELLING! like I'm a child who did something wrong. I left without getting it fixed. Honestly if they said "sorry we can't fix it" I would have just left. It was so unnecessary, it ruined my mood and the rest of my day.
