We booked a last minute appointment for two on Friday night and were greeted by smiling faces and friendly staff. So much care goes I to making sure your nails are done the way you like them. I will definitely be coming here again. <3

Was my first time at that nail salon. Even though I had a appointment I waited 45 minutes. I had ask prior the price and they told me 45$. She put so much gel my finger were burning. She broke one of my nails while filling them. 2 hours later for a refill the shape are uneven polish is missing on the side. I go to the cash and they have the nerve to charge me 5$ for a nail she broke plus a 5$ because I ask for a thin white line of polish. 63$ for a refill ? I also witness a older lady doing a manicure and she was clearly disappointed with her nail and was trying to tell them but they all made fun of her because she didn’t speak English saying bye mama bye mama. So disrespectful . Also some employees walk around the salon without mask on. That was my first and last time there. Avoid at all cost very unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

I did my pedicure twice at this salon and couldn’t be happier. Professional staffs, clean place and their customer service is just as great. Highly recommend

The place is clean the lady who did my pedi was nice, but there same to be one person that does nail extension. Because I wasn't pacific when setting my appointment no self could provide me with the services I wanted. I the keep speaking in they language. Can someone please direct me to a professional and more versatile nail salon. Specialty in Caribbean woman.

Veryy good place to do your nails and pedicure!! Tiffany is simply the best?? She knows how to do a nice shape and most importantly, she is doing the nails thin !! They dont even look like fake ones. Must go and visit this salon!

I come here regularly and I have never left disappointed! The staff is super friendly, professional and caring of their customers. Their spa has adapted well and strictly follows COVID rules to ensure the space is clean and safe (which makes me feel relaxed). I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

Where do I even begin because everything with this place and its staff is wrong. These pictures were taken not even 40 minutes after I had my nails done. At first, everything was fine. I told the lady I wanted two colours, switch them for my ring fingers and switch again for the hearts on the same finger. She said that she’d do the drawings for free since it was my birthday. AMAZING. But then it went south. She didn’t file my nails properly and there were poking me for two weeks. Felt like forever. She knew I wanted hearts, I said it 3 times, showed her pictures and she reiterated it herself. But then she went off to draw ugly white lines??? Don’t know where that one came from. I told her that that wasn’t what I’d asked for and she got MAD? Instead of asking me again what design I wanted, she went a completely different direction. Did I feel bad for speaking up? Yes. I even considered letting her finish a design I absolutely despised and redoing them myself at home but then what the hell was I paying $70 for? (YES 70) She told me she could either redo them, but that she would charge me an extra $5 (apparently it wasn’t my birthday anymore???) or that I could pick another finger for her to do the design on. I picked the $5 option because I just hated the design that much. She scraped the nail polish off, did one coat of nail polish and went to another customer. I waited 15 minutes when I had been there first and she didn’t bother giving my nails a second coat (they were see-through for two weeks). She didn’t give me ANY of the aftercare like her coworker did my friend. Not my fault she’s in a rush because she doesn’t bother listening to her paying customers. Then I went to go pay. I debated not tipping her but felt bad (clearly shouldn’t have). Considering my bad experience and the fact I wanted to get the hell out of there, I tipped her $5 and The look that lady gave me… I would also like to mention that the whole time I was there, they (3 staff members) were speaking in Vietnamese and were talking condescendingly about a customer that one of them was with. IN FRONT OF HER. The chemicals in there smell REALLY bad and as an asthmatic, I could barely breathe. It’s been a bit over 2 months and my nails still haven’t recovered. They won’t grow anymore. I waited that long to post my review because if you look at the other 1 star reviews, the employee behind the screen always replies with rude remarks and even blames the customer for the bad service instead of owning up to their mistakes and apologizing. They can't take any critique but also won’t step up and treat their customers right. Very telling of your work ethic. Safe to say I will NEVER go back and I definitely don’t recommend this place.
