★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with one insurance for my vehicle and home insurance needs for years, then there was an issue with wawanesa regarding my home insurance, I provided all the proof needed to rectify the problem, the broker said he called and fought hard for me but couldn’t assist me, I called another broker and had absolutely everything I asked for and more completed in under 15 minutes, do not go here, they do not work for their customers they work for the insurance companies!

I was right next to this lady who does costumer service and just ignored me!!! I hope you don't lose costumers because your staff doesn't know how to take care your business and do their job. Id rather drive far and get very good costumer service than go to your place.
