★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't describe how horrible the attitude I was given by the management team there. I made a simple call in to request for information regarding to the party room. And the person speaking to me treated me as if I was a scammer. Though living there is quite nice. However, if you're looking for a partyroom. I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a really nice upscale apartment condo building. The front lobby staff is on point, responsible, charming, and helpful. I have never lived there but visited a friend that lived there quite often. We spent a lot of time studying at a nice huge meeting room they have which my friend reserved. It had nice art, decorations, huge table, and comfortable chairs. There's a gym and a pool in the building as well. The room my friend lived in was a spacious one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, with washer and dryer in the fourth floor with a nice view of downtown Toronto. The location of this building is PRIME and it's in front of the St. George TTC subway station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One Bedford is far more one of the best condominiums in Toronto. Great neighbours, amazing concierge staff and the most responsive property manager. It definitely has the sense of the community even during pandemic.

There is coffee shops and grocery store around.
The parking is pay and park on hourly basis and the road has medium to high traffic in the evenings.
