Prior to contracting On-Site Surveys for the first tower we contracted several survey companies, that simply did not understand the importance of having an accurate initial site plan and the follow-up survey. The tower site site plans and surveys provided by On-Site Surveys have been outstanding. Simply said today, I would not use any other survey company regardless of cost.

Dwayne provided excellent feedback and input into my original plan upfront which was great as he has an excellent understanding of the County requirements. We found that Onsite Surveys had a great working relationship with the County Planners. We received very good feedback on the work that On-Site completed, including our Tentative Plan, Plan of Survey and all required Schedules. Dwayne helped manage all Consent documents and final submission to Land Titles on our behalf. I must say that through the entire project we received effective and timely communication and work was all completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend using On-Site Surveys for any of your survey or subdivision requirements. They offer very competitive rates and a wide range of excellent services.
