★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this company. This is the 6th house I have owned however it was the first claim I have ever made. I was anticipating that the whole process would be quite stressful. From day one there was ongoing communication, support and follow up calls. The crew was professional always ensuring that the time and days worked for me. There was never any pressure. I truly felt like we were a team. Thank you to everyone for assisting me during this very unfortunate process that one never thinks is going to happen to them. On Side was truly "at my side" every step of the way. Thank you all !!!

Was told all of my home would be packed and put in heated storage, came by a week later and antique furniture was in my garage in cold and damp.. made excuses. Family pictures in silver frames tossed in a heap ( not wrapped) on my workbench. always an excuse and i could go on. Finally had to write my insurance company before things started to change. The new floor is heaving now.. promises made again and I still had to chase them down. Project manger plays like he's the wounded party.. Painted the walls and left picture hooks in , holes not properly filled. I had to haul their trash away myself.

We had a leak at a branch and we didn't realize how far the water traveled. Good think Kevin checked all the walls for moisture. Walls were opened up, dried out and then they put everything back in place just like nothing ever happened.
Would strongly suggest them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far this year I have been less than impressed with the response of this company. Probably another restoration company that I will strike off my list.
We have had three project managers take on this claim, where I am responsible for a 92 year old man living in his own home. Last year a tree fell on on the roof causing some damage including water damage inside the home.
The roof is finally repaired, but the rest of the work is not. I keep getting commitments, but no fulfillments.
