j	joohyun baek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove in perfectly operating vehicle for minor frontal damage and vehicle came out undrivable after their repair was done and got blamed for vehicle condition. I had to bring a toewing truck and have vehicle repaired at a different facility for damage that they had caused on my own finance. I highly recommend to avoid this place as their conducting dishonesty and dishonorable business.

I took my car there following an accident because they are ICBC approved and they replaced one of my headlights and returned the car. Then I got pulled over and ticketed for no headlights. It turns out they returned the car without working headlights. So I took it back, they looked at it and told me that; "the switch in the car could fail at any time" and then said; "all we did was put a new headlight in, the fact that It worked when you dropped it off and doesn't work now is nothing to do with us." And to top it all off the $150.00 Gerber pocket knife that is always in the console is no longer there. But apparently they don't know anything about that either. So if you want a broken car and to have your property stolen then by all means take your car here.

T	Tara Furnemont on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was great! Very friendly and knowledgable. My car looks great, and was even was done ahead of schedule! I was setup with a rental onsite too. Would definately return!! ...although, I kinda hope I don't need to...haha!

They left my drivers licence in the machine, forgot they called me to bring my truck in, shredded my insurance papers accidentally and made me come back to bring them back in, and the estimator, Ron, insulted my truck. When confronted about it, and was told that it was discouraging and mean, he just leaned into it. Said he did it all the time. Because somehow insulting everyone’s vehicle makes it ok? They forgot they promised me a curtesy car, then the car they gave me was in horrible repair and made all my belongings stink of gasoline and I had to spend hours washing them. I will not be using this company again, thank god Toyota is getting accredited in a month. I should have waited. -The work the body shop did was sufficient. But they did leave my back tail light scratched up. I was just so fed up with them and needed my truck back so I left it. 0 stars.

If I didn't call to ask about the status of my vehicle they wouldn't have either and I wouldn't have known that it was getting delayed. They told me at the 2 week mark that it would be ready and when I called to confirm they said it would be another week. Again if I didn't call I wouldn't have known. Then week 3 rolls around and get my car, not very clean and have old broken parts in my truck (see picture). When I called to tell them that the guy seemed speechless and said that they can dispose of that for me if I can drop the parts off. I am sorry but shouldn't have one of your people check my whole car? Makes me wonder if anyone checked that the car was complete and safe to drive. Oh and not to mention that the rim was not replaced that was scratched but I told them I don't care I need my car but you would think that in the 3 weeks time they could've done that since they had time. I am so disappointed with this service.
D	Duane Stone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took car in for some repair work. Staff was very friendly and efficient. See how the repair comes out. Got car back. Repair was done very well. Never know it happened. They did it quickly so we were not without our car for very long. Only down side was they didn’t latch the hood down all the way so the wife drove home with the hood loose.
