★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t start out so well 7 years ago when we had to fix a brand new puller on the west side of the Charlottes with a broken ground wire. Brought it to Nanaimo and got the golden service. They went through it ASAP and had it back to me in an hour. Bought a bulldog to go on my old puller they even installed it. 2 thumbs up.

I am from Alaska, but happen to have family on Vancouver Island, so I brought it with on a recent trip and made the drive to Nanaimo. I was hoping they refurbish the unit and eventually ship it back. When I explained to them where I was from and what I was looking for they immediately diagnosed the unit, identified the problem, and offered to have the refurbishment complete in 45 minutes. I was extremely appreciative of the unbelievable customer service. This was all for a very fair price, and it saved me a return trip to Nanaimo and/or some expensive International shipping. They even sent me home with some stickers for my kiddos. Undeniably a business that stands behind their product and still understands the value of customer service. I would highly recommend Ace Line Hauler for anything you might need. 5 stars +++ ?? Thank you ALH.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promptly answered my email about a problem on one of their original pullers and since I lived nearby invited me to the factory in Nanaimo. They immediately put my unit on the bench and diagnosed the problem. Less than 2 hours later I had an upgraded unit at very reasonable pricing. Thanks Ace, great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just replaced with new style motor, I've had puller for 2 yrs.and probably would have been fine but I didn't check the black pulley which tighten over time.
I felt some slipping when pulling up and blew 4- 30amp fuses before I changed to 40amp. and then it stopped working.
I'm mentioning this because there's an old expression "all else fails read the instructions "the puller itself is fine the person operating the switch isn't. ?
