★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my house flood a few months back. Onside was selected by my insurance because they were the cheapest option. The first crew was so incompetent that I had to kick them out of my house after they attempted to coerce my girlfriend into plugging in damaged electrical equipment since they didn't believe it had been sitting in water. The second crew was better, but they took about $2000 worth of clothes to be "washed". Apparently they have no record of taking these clothes for cleaning despite multiple assurances that I would get them back in a timely manner. I have since demanded that Damage INC take over the repairs since all Onside seems to be completely incapable of something as simple as recording the items that are removed from the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bedroom and bathroom in the basement flooded in July. 2 weeks ago drywall was suppose to go up, however the contractor hired by onside never showed up. When he finally did come he only completed the bedroom. And left saying he was going for lunch. He never came back that day. Later when leaving my home I saw that he had dragged out the extra drywall through the front door and damaged it. The door is also brand new installed only 4 months ago. Through the whole process it has been very difficult to get a response from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone who experiences a flood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we experienced water damage upstairs in the kitchen from a leaking water line to our fridge, our insurance company sent Onside Restoration out to work with us. They were absolutely amazing. They were never late and ALWAYS showed up when they said they would come. They worked quickly and got all of the repairs done like nothing had happened at all. The water flowed down through the basement ceiling quite badly, but it was all looked after and repaired and we we kept informed every step of the way. The are extremely organized and they care about the customer. I would HIGHLY recommend their services.

The insured water restoration process was very well planned, organized, and implemented in a smooth and timely manner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother’s large front window was smashed in a attempted theft situation. I requested our insurance company’s preferred vendor to complete the repair work. They recommended this company for the job. They were amazing from start to finish. Constant communication every step of the way from waiting for custom order of the window to the actual installation date. They finished the job within an hr and half, and were very respectful of not damaging my mothers flower bed below the window. They wore face masks the whole time and were very friendly to chat with during their work. Amazing workers, amazing company. Very happy with their work, would recommend them for anyone looking for windows installations, and will be using them again for my own window requirements. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend or use On Side. Some of our stuff was probably mixed in with other people's stuff as we received other people's stuff. Some of our things were broken that weren't broken before, pictures to prove. It's very hard to get replies when you try and call or talk to someone alot of unanswered questions rude person we dealt with. Some items that we've asked to get back or removed from our suite was never done even though items right beside them were brought to us again pictures to prove that the item's were side by side. No compassion or consideration in a time that is needed. It's just a business to them Money Money Money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely would not recommend this company.. they took some of my belongings ruined them and tried to give them back to me saying they were pre existing damage…although pictures were taken before my belongings were taken by them . Which would have showed no damage .. but insisted they take them and will get them cleaned .. so when the items came back melted from steam clean ( not water damage) they refused to show the pictures they took before they took my belongings but took pictures after the damage was caused .. denying it all. Although one of the workers told me yes it did happen but you have to go through insurance … very upsetting as I worked hard for my stuff and this is not a time to go out and buy new things

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to thank Yuriy, George, Toby, Garry, Steve, Rugo, and everyone involved in the restoration of our home after a flood in the upstairs bathroom that affected the kitchen on the main floor as well. I can't recommend these guys enough in regards to speed and communication. My neighbour went through a different service provider for insurance and it was a nightmare. Each little job had to be bid for, and the lowest bid got the job. Needless to say none of the contractors knew what the other was doing and their job took almost 2 years to complete. We had all of our work done in a month and the work was meticulously done. The moving/cleaning crew was absolutely amazing on top of the trades people. On Side have staff that care and want to do a great job. Nothing but, integrity. Full marks!
