★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with a flooded basement and was referred to WinMar and their senior project manager Shawn Bezovie by my insurance company. No one wants to deal with the hassle of a flooded basement but Shawn made navigating the entire process quite bearable. During the restoration process, I had the opportunity to meet several of WinMar's company employees and everyone of them showed genuine concern and that was appreciated! The workmanship was fantastic and I am 100% satisfied! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason and Seth had good contractors come in although there was a bit of a language barrier at times with a couple of contractors. Taking care of immediate needs was very quick.
COVID and us waiting for a contractor (separate job) delayed the process but we were finding this as well having other renovations done ourselves.
At times communication was frustrating, not having calls returned promptly or having to wait/ask for information to question a I had. It felt at times like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing.
Overall a good experience with a few glitches. There were a few times when there needed to be some creativity in rebuilding (expected) and the team was great when we added some extra work in. I love the way my basement turned out!

I found WINMAR very comfortable to deal with. They were very responsive to our concerns and questions.
Throughout the process they kept us informed of their progress what the next steps were.
The staff we dealt with were excellent, they really understood our concerns and were able to calm us as we knew we were in good hands.

We admired his choice of all the different trades he hired to complete whatever task was at hand. Amazing choice of contractors who really are excellent at their trade. The crews were at my home within hours and were very professional. I was impressed with how quick they got going. I felt like I was in good hands.

Jessica led the initial stage and remained a key liaison from start to finish. We were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the various members of the Winmar group and were very pleased with the work of the sub-trades. The admin staff was excellent in keeping us aware of the progress of the job.
