It is refreshing to work in an environment where quality and common sense are put first by the general contractor. They have a great team and I truly hope to be a part of future projects with them.

We hired HIBCO for major structural work to our home after discovering black mold and rot which was the result of a leaking chimney flashing. Throughout the entire process, from estimating the job, to producing engineered drawings and procuring permits, to the crew that was on site to do the work, communication was exceptional. They treated our home as if it was their own, often going beyond any reasonable expectation I had about the quality of their work, but their attention to detail while being on site and their courteous nature in dealing with me and even some neighbours. I hope never to need these kind of services again, but if I do HIBCO will be the only call I make. Five stars is an understatement.
