He was always available to answer all of our questions and he made sure we had everything we needed in order to travel internationally during a crazy pandemic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6-day, 5-night Sicilian Secrets tour (in reality it's a 4-day tour because nothing is planned for the first and last day). Well designed itinerary, which allows visitors to see a lot of Sicily in a short time.
Small group: five people for the first three days, eleven on day 4. The catch was that the group included three different languages, which became very time consuming when visiting sites requiring a lot of commentary.
One major issue was the constant and time-consuming nickeling-and-diming, since the tour price did not include entrance fees to museums and sites, hotel city taxes and beverages during meals (not even water was included). To avoid wasting a lot of time, all these necessary expenses (including water during meals) should be included in the final price.
Hotels: good in Catania and Ragusa, ok in Palermo, very poor experience in Agrigento (Baia di Ulisse), where rooms were poorly maintained and the heating unit didn't work.
Tour guide: doubled as driver for the first three days and did his best in three languages, which wasn't ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleased with this well organized tour of Italy. A great balance of sightseeing and free time. Exceptional local guide and driver. I’m not sure I would consider the hotels chosen to be 4 star - with the exception of Hotel St Martin in Rome which was great - but the others were very clean and well located. Would definitely choose Omega tours again when booking group travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Omega Tours Team was professional and attentive to all queries. We thoroughly enjoyed the discovering Southern Portugal where Christina provided very detailed historical information. The hotels were quite nice too. Would definitely consider another tour with Omega Tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of four enjoyed an excellent two week tour of Portugal thanks to Omega Tours and Michael Rizzo. Our itinerary started in Porto in the north and ended in Lisbon with excellent tour guides throughout. Each day was a new adventure visiting historic sites, enjoying the changing scenery, wine tasting, food tours and our hotels.
