Whenever we had a problem (I may have lost my luggage) he was an email or call away. He works 247 because he ALWAYS responds so quickly, no matter what time of the day or day of the week. He made sure we were completely worry free. All of his recommendations were all fantastic choices. The resort we finally chose, Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana was everything we could have imagined and more. Going forward we will be using Robert to help us choose our next vacation spot!
