He communicates what he is doing very well and I really appreciate that. I got my tax refund with direct deposit within a week. I ended up getting my own taxes and my mom's taxes done here. He charges depending on how many forms you have. Thus, since my mom has real estate and etc, her taxes were substantially more than mine. Good luck to everyone on their taxes this year!

They responded to my emails very quickly and took the time to explain my taxes to me...even though some of my questions were probably very silly. I appreciated their patience. The Canadian Tax Service team was so helpful in explaining all of it to me in a transparent manner. The entire process was very pleasant and easy for me. I ended up getting a sizable refund within a week of filing my return! I will definitely return here next year.

They file both my corporate and personal taxes and really innovate as how to best make efficient use of the tax laws so that taxes are filed correctly. I have had zero comebacks from the CRA. I also appreciate that they take the extra steps to make suggestions as how to best structure the finances of my organization. They do get very busy in the tax season so it's best to make appointments for use of their services well before the due dates so that you can be properly attended to.
