★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. Very nice and helpful until you become their customer. Thanks to them, I found myself paying taxes that they told me I shouldn't have to pay for my business. They gave me wrong information and lied about their responsibilities. I was told they would take care of WSIB for my company, but they didn't. They gave me the wrong information and because of them I had to pay $ 1400 plus. I recently received a notification about the tax to pay for a payroll that I have never done. I realized only after calling CRA that there was a payroll made by them to make up for their mistake. Last year they paid my taxes late and I had to pay for the delay. Today I received a letter that my fiscal year ends on November 30th, while they told me last year that they had set the end of my business year to December 31st. Now I have to hurry to find a new account as I only have 20 days for my business taxes.
